Field Operations Lead

Lead the deployment and ongoing operation of our systems at customer sites across mining, construction, and energy.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute system deployments at customer locations worldwide
• Build and manage a team of field engineers and technicians
• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and engineering

What we look for

• 5+ years in field operations, systems integration, or technical services
• Experience managing teams in remote or challenging environments
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
